(More customer reviews)This is one of the most beautiful and most valuable books I have ever seen. Each single photograph is a masterpiece of art. The structure of each chapter is splendid. It starts with a still life image of the fruit group to be described, the environment where they grow, a detailed description including nutrition facts. What follows are gourmet compositions and ideas with recipes, easy to follow. If you are not salivating while just looking at the book, something has to be wrong with your imagination or your taste buds. Thank you, Liliana Villegas (Author) and Jorge Eduardo Arango (Photographer) for creating this wonderful masterpiece of practical art.
