(More customer reviews)I searched out Miss Enola's restaurant near Lafayette, Louisiana after seeing her on a TV show. I've eaten there several times (I live in N.Y.) and have collected all her cookbooks!!Every recipe is exquisite - and most are quite easy, but so unique. Meeting the Prudhomme family and talking with them was was a great experience.
