(More customer reviews)This is one of the best natural foods cookbooks I have ever used. The offerings are diverse ranging from Fresh Tuna Teriyaki (the teriyake sauce recipe is wonderful) to Spinach Enchiladas with Chile Cheese Sauce to Fudge Pecan Pie. Recipes cut no corners (everything is made from scratch), yet are easy to follow. I've yet to find a recipe that was anything but exquisite. This cookbook is a must for any serious natural foods cook.
