(More customer reviews)I have spent many a lunch hour at the Cafe South Restaurant and I was tickled pink when I heard the cookbook was soon to be released. You won't find a speck of lard in the cookbook or in the cooking; however, there's no shortage of good southern comfort foods. The Lemon Pie and Bread Pudding with wine sauce are both to die for. I highly recommend this cookbook!
