(More customer reviews)I ate at Elote last February and was blown away with my meal so when we returned home I ordered this book directly from the restaurant. Everything I have made has been outstanding. The Elote is always a hit as a great appetizer and the carnitas, with their strange ingredient list including Coca-Cola, Orange Juice, and Milk) are some of the best I have ever had. If you are stuck in the usual rut of cooking Tacos, Burritos, and Enchaladas, this book will get you out of it.
