(More customer reviews)I bought this book a while back, and just love it. The pictures are wonderful, and make you want to make the recipes. The recipes are unique, and easy to follow. Some require many ingredients, so if you are looking for a shortcut book, this is not for you. This book is full of rich complex flavors. Being of Indian heritage, and running an Indian cultural website (www.desimamma.ning.com) I was impressed with the way some of the dishes were converted to vegetarian, even the Indian ones. There are many countries featured in the book. The recipes that I have tried have come out pretty accurately to what is shown.
